bet365.co.ua is an information site: we do not accept bets or payments and do not organise gambling. The site contains affiliate links to online casinos. Age 21+.
Bet365 overview: who runs the brand
The international version of the site is operated by two partnerships registered in Gibraltar at the same address: Unit 1.1, Waterport Place, 2 Europort Avenue. Hillside (International Sports) LP is responsible for sports betting, and Hillside (International Gaming) LP for the casino and other gaming products.
The home page is the sportsbook: across the top are the «All Sports», Live and «Casino» tabs, on the left an A–Z list of sports, and in the centre popular matches with ready-made accumulators. The «Join» and «Log In» buttons sit on the right of the header.
The operator reminds users that gambling can be addictive and keeps a separate responsible gambling section in its help centre.
Bet365 licence and status in Ukraine
Both licences were issued by the Government of Gibraltar: sports betting is regulated under number RGL 076 and the casino under RGL 078. The brand holds no Ukrainian licence, so it does not appear in the PlayCity register.
- The safeguards PlayCity guarantees to customers of licensed operators do not apply here.
- Internet providers may restrict access to the site by decision of the regulator.
- Banks may decline payments to an offshore operator.
- Disputes over payouts are settled under the operator's rules, not by the Ukrainian regulator.

Signing up with Bet365 and verification (KYC)
The registration form asks for your country, email, phone number, name and date of birth. Under Bet365's general terms you may open only one account: the operator is entitled to close duplicates.

Bet365 casino and live games
The gaming product consists of casino, live casino, poker and bingo. The lobby has the sections «New», «Exclusive», «Live Casino», «Slots», «Table & Cards», «Jackpots» and «Poker».
Casino availability depends on the country: the operator's help pages have a separate topic on why your location restricts gambling. When we checked, the «Casino» link on the international version opened a regional domain, so before topping up for slots make sure the section is actually available to you.
Bet365 bonus for new customers
The welcome offer is 100% of your deposit in Bet Credits, up to a maximum of $30 (or the equivalent in your account currency). The deposit must be at least $10, and the offer has to be claimed within 30 days of registration in the «My Offers» menu.
- The credits are released once you have placed settled bets totalling your deposit.
- Each of those bets must be at odds of 1.20 or higher.
- Casino games and bets settled via Cash Out do not count towards the requirement.
- Unused credits expire after a week.
Example: a $25 deposit gives you $25 in Bet Credits. Once you have staked $25 on selections at odds of 1.20 or more, the credits are released; a $10 Bet Credits stake at odds of 3.00 then returns $20, because the Bet Credits stake itself is not included in returns. Deposits and withdrawals
Your account currency at Bet365 is chosen at sign-up, and all deposits, bets and payouts go through in it. The list of methods depends on your country and can be seen in the «Deposit» section once you have logged in.

Money is withdrawn with the «Withdraw» button in the account settings. If a payment fails, the help pages advise checking the payment method and explain error codes such as NPM01.
Example: if $60 is left in an inactive account, after a warning the operator will start deducting $3 a month (5% is more than €2). So it is better to withdraw the balance before taking a break.
Bet 365 mobile site and app
The Bet365 mobile site mirrors the desktop version: search, featured matches, the bet slip and a bottom navigation bar. For Android the operator offers an APK app that you install from the site.
There is no betting app in the Ukrainian App Store — only Bet365 Authenticator from Hillside Technology, used to confirm logins. iPhone owners are left with the mobile site in the browser.
